The Collaboration Journey I - Simple Version

A new Square Wheels® themed board game, for any number of players, that is an exercise in decision making, group dynamics, planning and collaboration. Players must create and execute a strategy to move their wagons forward to pass through the constraints of the game board in order to reach the customer. In this SIMPLE version, we remove some of the complexity, retain the issues of planning and add the element of chance to the exercise through the use of dice. It's fun, powerful and engaging and quickly focuses energy on issues of teamwork, communications and improving results. Good communications are required. Planning is rewarded, fun is allowed and encouraged! This exercise evolved from our series of Square Wheels illustrations that depict how organizations and individuals really work together to impact productivity and performance. A brief overview uses illustrations to set the stage for the collaborative journey forward. Everything needed for the exercise is on the cd. As a convenience, to save you printing and organizing work, optional pre-packaged and reusable materials are available for $30 per tabletop (enough for 3 to 6 people) including laminated game board, rules, instructions and game pieces.
