The Collaboration Journey II - Complex Version

A new Square Wheels® themed board game, for any number of players, that is an exercise in decision making, group dynamics, strategic planning and collaboration. Players must create and execute a strategy to move their wagons forward to pass through the constraints of the game board in order to reach the customer. This exercise varies from The Collaboration Journey I - Simple Version because it adds an additional movement of "wagon pushers" to the overall play and thus adds a level of complexity to the understanding of the task as well as to the actual player interactions. It makes the game more strategic by removing the element of chance that is present in the Simple Version. This exercise evolved from our series of Square Wheels illustrations that depict how organizations and individuals really work together to impact productivity and performance. A brief overview uses illustrations to set the stage for the collaborative journey forward. Everything needed for the exercise is on the cd. As a convenience, to save you printing and organizing work, optional pre-packaged and reusable materials are available for $30 per tabletop (enough for 3 to 6 people) including laminated game board, rules, instructions and game pieces.
